About Remington Appraisals

Curt and Mary Remington started Remington Appraisals in 1991, in their hometown of Stillwater, Minnesota, on the edge of the Twin Cities metro area. Through dedication and hard work, they grew it into a successful real estate appraisal business, with six employees, covering nine counties.

After building their business for twelve years, a love for mountains, islands and the Pacific Northwest, led Curt and Mary Remington to sell their Minnesota business and restart in Bellingham, Washington, in 2003, and they’re glad that they did. The area has been a spectacular place to put down roots, as they’ve spent the past 15 years appraising in northwest Washington.

Our coverage area includes both Whatcom and Skagit County.” Mary Remington is a certified residential appraiser with 27 years of experience, while Curt Remington has 32 years of experience.
